Organize sport events without the admin work
Sports event management takes more admin than it should: spreadsheets, group chats, and mental math about who's actually coming. FitHere puts sign-ups, waitlists and payments behind one link you share anywhere. Use it as a sports team app for your weekly squad, or as a pickup game app when you just need ten people on Tuesday. Organize sports events, set a time and send updates from your phone. It also works as a sports event planner: pick a sport and your event is live in under a minute. You bring the game. FitHere handles the rest.
Frequently asked questions
Is FitHere really free?
Yes. FitHere is free for organizers. Creating events and managing sign-ups costs nothing and has no subscription. FitHere takes a small commission only on online payments through Stripe.
Do participants need an account?
Viewing an event takes no account. Signing up takes seconds on any phone, straight from the link you share.
How do sign-ups and waitlists work?
Set a spot cap for your event. When it's full, new players join a waitlist and are promoted automatically when someone cancels.
Do I need an account to create an event?
No. Start an event with no sign-up. Claim it with an account afterward to manage it, get notified, and keep access from any device.
